Through ConcessionsSA, the Government of South Australia provides concessions to reduce the cost of household bills for people on low or fixed incomes. These include Cost of Living Concession (COLC), Emergency Services Levy (fixed property) remission, Energy bill concession and Water and sewerage rate concession. You can apply for these four concessions with a single application form.
