You'll receive your new card in approximately two weeks. Your card is ready to use on public transport and at participating businesses as soon as you receive it. You'll need to add credit to your card if you want to travel on public transport during peak times.

Use Seniors Card member online services if you are an existing Seniors Card member and need to update your details or request a replacement card (ie it has been lost, stolen or damaged).
