Request a replacement Seniors Card

Existing South Australian Seniors Card members can use the below link to order and pay for a replacement Seniors Card. Please note, Pensioner Concession Card holders are exempt from paying the fee, but still need to complete the form to verify eligibility.

Need a replacement Seniors Card?

If your Seniors Card is lost, stolen or damaged, you can request a replacement card. When a new card is produced, the old one will be cancelled. Any balance on your card will be automatically transferred to the new card.

From 15 September 2025, replacement Seniors Cards are subject to a $15 fee, unless you are a Pensioner Concession Card holder.

  • Manage subscription preferences
    Opt in or out of WeekendPlus (digital magazine for seniors) and special offers and promotions from the Seniors Card Unit by email and post.
