Request a replacement Seniors Card online

Existing South Australian Seniors Card members can use Seniors Card member online services to request a replacement Seniors Card online.

Need a replacement Seniors Card?

If your Seniors Card is lost, stolen or damaged, you can request a replacement card. There is no cost to replace a card. When a new card is produced, the old one will be cancelled. Any balance on your card will be automatically transferred to the new card.

If you are an existing South Australian Seniors Card member, you can request a replacement Seniors Card online.

If you are not a South Australian Seniors Card member, you can check your eligibility and apply for a Seniors Card.

To request a replacement Seniors Card online, you'll need to enter the following details which will be automatically matched with your account in the Seniors Card database.

  • last name (as it is shown on your Seniors Card)
  • date of birth
  • email address

  • Update your details
    Update your address, phone numbers, email address and subscription preferences.
  • Request a replacement Seniors Card
    If your Seniors Card is lost, stolen or damaged, you can request a replacement card. There is no cost to replace a card. When a new card is produced, the old one will be cancelled. Any balance on your card will be automatically transferred to the new card.
  • Manage subscription preferences
    Opt in or out of WeekendPlus (digital magazine for seniors) and special offers and promotions from the Seniors Card Unit by email and post.
