Free and ticketed events across the CBD await you, each celebrating how art, light, music, and technology intersect and collide, always keeping one eye on the future and on creatives from around the world.

From 4 – 21 July, dive into one of Illuminate Adelaide’s immersive, interactive, and entrancing events. From Compagnie Carabosse’s mesmerising Fire Gardens – which takes over Adelaide Botanic Garden – to interactive landscape EDEN in The Light Room at ILA and family-friendly adventures in Superluminal and Universal Kingdom: Prehistoric Nights, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Music fills the city, as we take over five iconic Adelaide venues, bringing classical, electronic, rock, and experimental musicians from across the world right here to the heart of SA.

In this special edition of Weekend Plus, explore more of our 2024 program filled with events that will inspire, ignite your imagination, and create a place where everyone can come and experience exciting, boundary-pushing art from across the globe, daring you to see the world in a bright new way.
