Following the launch of the South Australian Palliative Care Strategic Framework 2022-2027, SA Health are developing a Palliative Care Services Plan and Model of Care Framework.

The Services Plan and Model of Care Framework will provide a clear direction to transform palliative care service delivery in South Australia for the next 5 years and into the future, with a focus on the needs of under-served populations.

SA Health are seeking feedback from people receiving palliative care, family members and carers providing support.
