Office for Ageing Well has engaged Clear Horizon Consulting to review the impact of South Australian’s Plan for Ageing Well 2020-2025.
The Plan outlines the State Government and community’s vision and priorities for ageing well for all South Australians.
Participating in this survey will help set the priorities for the next state ageing plan (2026-2036).
The survey explores topics related to housing, community support, social connections, and adaptability through life transitions. Your input will help in understanding how older South Australians are experiencing ageing now, compared to when the current plan began. These insights will help ensure that future initiatives align with the needs and aspirations of South Australia’s diverse ageing population.
By participating, you will:
- Contribute to shaping policies that directly affect you and your community
- Help identify what's working well and what needs improvement
- Ensure your voice is heard in planning for the future of ageing well in South Australia.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Additionally, if you are interested in providing more detailed input, there will be an opportunity within the survey to express your interest in participating in an interview (honorarium provided), likely to be held in October 2024.
Your responses will be kept confidential and analysed collectively, not individually.
