Get ready to strut to the rhythm of the '70s as The 60 Four unveils a brand new show for this year's Adelaide Fringe. The award-winning group, heralded as Australia’s best tribute act, will take to Gluttony for a one-off electrifying weekend that promises to whisk you away to the era of disco balls and bell-bottoms.

"The 60 Four: Living In the '70s" is slated to be a 60-minute extravaganza celebrating the decade's most iconic and dance-inducing hits. With only three shows on the 16th, 17th, and 18th of February at The Flamingo, Gluttony, audiences will need to act fast to secure their spot at this boogie wonderland.

"We're thrilled to kick off the 2024 Adelaide Fringe with a bang," says Ben Francis, Director of The 60 Four. "Creating a '70s show has always been a dream of ours, and we can't wait to see everyone groove to the sensational sounds of the era.”

But that's not all – The 60 Four will also be presenting "The 60 Four: Live In Concert," an established Fringe favourite that offers a broader retrospective of the golden era.

This show will take audiences on a more comprehensive journey through the music that defined a cultural revolution, with dates across South Australia, including Noarlunga, Elizabeth, Norwood, Port Pirie, Whyalla, and Renmark.

"It's where we get to showcase the diversity of the '60s and '70s, from the electrifying rock tunes to the soulful ballads that have touched the hearts of generations.”

Each concert promises a full-scale production complete with a stunning 9-piece band, epic light and sound, and the group's renowned interactive delivery both on and off the stage.

"Our live concert is an immersive experience that pays homage to the legends of the past while bringing their music into the present," Francis adds. "It's an honour to keep the spirit of these timeless classics alive and introduce them to new fans.”

From their early days in an Adelaide high school to captivating audiences nationwide, The 60 Four's journey in the music scene has been marked by a steadfast dedication to their craft and a genuine passion for music. Their recent national tour and the Perth season in January 2024 have further cemented their place as a cherished tribute act across Australia.

Known for their unique style and engaging energy, they've built a dedicated following and have become a familiar name in the Adelaide Fringe lineup.

With tickets for both shows now on sale, fans are encouraged to book early.
