Community members can now learn more about two research topics, from materials informed by the insights and experiences of older South Australian research subjects.

From 2021 to 2023, COTA SA’s The Plug-in, supported by Office for Ageing Well and Wellbeing SA, conducted two major research projects focused on themes from South Australia’s Plan for Ageing Well 2020-2025.

‘Meaningful Connections’ explored experiences of older South Australians making social connections, while ‘Navigating Change’ explored how older people successfully respond to major change events.

The insights and experiences shared by older people and community organisations have been collated to develop materials for older South Australians to learn more about both research topics.
