Tasting Australia is celebrating this most romantic of beverages over a lavish brunch, with a set four-course menu prepared by Tom Campbell (The Summertown Aristologist), Sharon Flynn (The Fermentary) and Tom Tilbury (Gather) and bubbles paired with each course, chosen by festival drinks curator Nick Stock.

World Whiskey with Bill Lark

This 90-minute masterclass will cover winning whiskies from the 2021 Tasting Australia Spirit Awards presented by Master Cask, with special selections from whisky legend and Tasting Australia Spirit Awards Patron, Bill Lark. Fellow experts George Campbell and Darren Lange will join Lark to share top whisky from all corners of the world.

A diverse line-up will put their spin on this belove dish across a lively night at The Lion Hotel. Peruse the menu, pre-order your pick and enjoy a drink on arrival, with the option to purchase additional beverages throughout the evening. You can join Australian chefs Brendan Boothroyd, Ben Devlin, Terry Intarakhamhaeng and Justin James at this classic Adelaide pub to celebrate the delicious possibilities of pie.

Sunset at Sammy's

Stellar South Australian seafood and wine will star in a beachside degustation at Sammy’s on the Marina, where you can watch day gradually become night at this sunset dinner to remember. You’ll be treated to five courses of the freshes catch, each paired with beverages highlighting South Australia’s wine regions while soaking up the picturesque surrounds of Glenelg Beach and 270-degree views of the Holdfast Promenade.

Wine off at Fino Vino ! Young Gun vs Master

This ultimate wine off (father versus son) will take place at Fino Vino, a restaurant distinguished by its produce driven ideology, in a night full of gorgeous food, delicious wine and a whole lot of laughter. Fino Vino’s acclaimed head chef David Swain will prepare four courses of stunning locally sourced food, each paired with wines from Kevin O’Brien’s Kangarilla Road Wines and his son’s Silent Noise Wines.
